Terms and conditions of use of vouchers for Premium Customers
1. General provisions
- These terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of vouchers granted to Premium Customers.
- The voucher is a form of prepayment for the travel services specified in these terms and conditions.
- By using the voucher, the Customer accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.
2. Scope of use of the voucher
- The voucher can only be redeemed for reservations with Qatar Airways, Emirates, and Etihad Airways, in economy, business, and first class.
- At the Customer’s request, the voucher may cover transfers, hotels from 4* standard upwards, and additional services listed in section 3, provided that they are provided exclusively by suppliers issuing VAT invoices.
- The additional services referred to in section 2 include:
- luxury car and camper rental,
- yacht rental,
- organization of VIP transfers,
- travel insurance,
- creation of personalized travel plans,
- luxury villa rental.
- The voucher does not cover offers from other travel agencies.
- The voucher does not cover the Participant’s own discounts at a given facility.
- The voucher cannot be used exclusively for car rental.
- The voucher can be redeemed on behalf of persons indicated by the voucher holder (it is necessary to indicate this in writing or send the persons’ details by email before making a reservation).
3. Terms and conditions of voucher redemption
- The voucher can be divided into a maximum of three parts.
- The voucher is valid for [enter the exact period here – e.g., 12 months from the date of issue]. After this period, any unused amount will be forfeited.
- The voucher can be redeemed after contacting the Agency and confirming the availability of the offer.
- In the case of reservations whose cost exceeds the value of the voucher, the Customer is obliged to pay the missing amount.
4. Financial settlements
- The Agency’s remuneration is 10% of the value of the vouchers redeemed.
- The Ordering Party pays in advance:
- the value of the vouchers,
- the Agency’s commission for redeeming the vouchers.
- For the execution of the order, the Agency shall issue:
- a VAT margin invoice – preceded by a pro forma invoice covering the value of the vouchers,
- a 23% VAT invoice – preceded by a pro forma invoice covering the Agency’s remuneration for handling the vouchers.
5. Final provisions
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the rules for refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective carrier or accommodation facility.
- The Agency shall not be liable for the inability to redeem the voucher for reasons attributable to the carrier, accommodation facility, or additional service provider.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
